Terms of Service

• You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Tallyvora.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@supportechinc.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
• Each account is for one person. Don’t share your account or create accounts for others without their permission.

• Tallyvora is a record-keeping tool. Balances, reports, forecasts and “available to spend” figures are calculated from what you enter; they are only as accurate as your entries.
• Tallyvora doesn’t connect to banks, cards or wallets, doesn’t hold or move money, and doesn’t contact the people you lend to or borrow from.
• Tallyvora is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
• Reminders are sent on a best-effort basis. Delivery depends on your device settings, network and services run by Apple, Google and others, so we can’t guarantee every reminder will reach you on time. Don’t rely on Tallyvora as your only reminder for critical payments.

• Tallyvora Free includes up to 2 accounts, 3 recurring bills and 2 active loans, with basic reminders. Tallyvora Plus removes these limits and adds features such as budgets, savings goals, forecasts, advanced reports, multiple currencies, CSV import, categorisation rules, installment schedules and advance reminders.
• Plus is sold as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Tallyvora account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• If we offer a free preview of Plus, it ends automatically and never charges you.
• If Plus ends, nothing you recorded is deleted or locked. You can still view, correct, export and delete everything; Free limits apply only to creating new items.
• We may change features or prices. Price changes for an existing subscription follow the App Store or Google Play rules, including any notice and consent they require.

Your records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Tallyvora to you. You’re responsible for having the right to enter information about other people (for example, the people you lend to) and for using it lawfully.

Don’t misuse Tallyvora. For example, don’t try to access other people’s accounts or data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse-engineer it except where the law allows, use it for anything illegal, or upload malicious files.

You can stop using Tallyvora and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk; where reasonable we’ll tell you first and let you export your data.

Tallyvora is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, late fees or penalties, or losses caused by inaccurate entries or missed reminders. Our total liability for any claim relating to Tallyvora is limited to the amount you paid us for Tallyvora Plus in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can’t be waived.

We may update these terms. If changes are material we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Tallyvora after that, the new terms apply.

If you downloaded Tallyvora from the App Store, these terms are between you and Supportech, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Tallyvora or its support, and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
