Delete your Tallyvora account

• Open Tallyvora on iPhone, Android or the web and sign in.
• Go to Settings › Data › Delete my account.
• Type DELETE and confirm with your password, or with Google or Apple if that’s how you sign in.

If you have Tallyvora Plus, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account first — deleting your account doesn’t cancel the store subscription.

Email support@supportechinc.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm the request came from you and delete the account within 30 days.

• Your sign-in (email, password and connected Google or Apple sign-in — we also ask Apple to disconnect Tallyvora from your Apple ID).
• All accounts, balances, transactions, categories, budgets, goals, bills, reminders, people, loans, repayments and attachments.
• Your devices, notification history and activity log.
• Your customer record at our subscription service, RevenueCat.

Deletion from our live systems is immediate and permanent. Encrypted backup copies expire within 30 days and are not used to restore deleted accounts.

• Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their policies.
• Emails you sent to support may be kept as long as needed to answer them.

Settings › Data › Start over deletes all your financial records but keeps your sign-in and plan.
